Terms of Use for NameTone
1. Using the app
NameTone lets you create spoken name ringtones, trim audio files you own, and set them as your ringtone. It is provided free of charge with ads. By using the app you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your content
You are responsible for the names, messages and audio files you use. Only trim or share audio that you have the right to use. Do not use the app to create content that is unlawful, harassing, or that impersonates another person in a misleading way.
3. Voices and tones
Speech is produced by the text-to-speech engine installed on your phone, so voice quality and available languages depend on your device. The ready-made tones included in the app were created for NameTone and may be used as ringtones on your own devices.
4. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We try to keep it working well but do not promise it will be error-free or available at all times. To the extent the law allows, Heaven miner is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
5. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
